Precision Rear Shock Clamps - Model-Specific
Finding the proper shaft clamp is difficult sometimes for beginners, it's sometime better to not use exact diameters but to use directly clamps made for a model or brand. It makes it easier for you guys to find what you need quickly.
Manufacturing Tolerance: Each clamp is 3D printed in reinforced polymer and tolerance-matched to ±0.01 mm. Some clamps are designed for a single part of the shock (e.g. reservoir, main body) and may require careful alignment.
Important Notes
- Each product page lists the exact models supported.
- If your shock isn't listed, you can contact us to request support or just check around the website, you will for sure find what you need.
- These are only needed when a shaft, round body, etc.. must be held in a vise. For air can removal, many shocks can be done by hand or with strap wrenches but for clamping small damper shafts, you always need a shaft clamp.
⚠️ Manual Required:
Make sure to follow your shock’s official service manual when using these clamps. Improper clamping can crush or damage the body. For sensitive parts like bladder housings, only use the exact clamp recommended for your model.
Disclaimer:
Always clean with isopropyl alcohol before clamping, and use paper layers if you're uncertain. A single scratch or dent can compromise air sealing and performance.
