Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Turnaround Time

Shockwave Parts is an independent Canadian business. All tools are designed, produced, assembled, tested, and packaged in-house to ensure consistent quality and fit.

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. In many cases, orders placed in the morning ship the same day. We prioritize fast turnaround while maintaining strict quality control.

We are not operating at full production capacity, which allows us to maintain consistently quick dispatch times.

Carrier delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after shipment and do not include processing time.

If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.


Shipping Regions

We ship worldwide.

Shipping rates are calculated based on destination. Whenever possible, we select faster shipping options rather than economy services — even when offering flat-rate pricing — to ensure quicker delivery.

Shipping to the United States is fully available. Please note that a $50 USD minimum order applies to U.S. shipments.


United States Orders

All required customs documentation is handled by us.

No additional duties, import fees, or brokerage charges will be collected upon delivery. The price you pay at checkout is final.

Our tools are classified in a category that is not subject to current U.S. tariff measures.

Due to increased customs paperwork requirements, U.S. shipments may occasionally experience minor delays during clearance. While we dispatch quickly, customs processing is outside of our control.

To offset the significant administrative time required for U.S. customs documentation, product pricing may be slightly adjusted for that market.


Shipping Methods & Tracking

We use reliable carriers selected based on destination and speed, including:

  • Purolator
  • GLS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Other regional or international carriers when appropriate

All shipments include tracking. A tracking number is emailed once the order ships.

For Quebec, Ontario, and nearby regions, delivery is typically 1–2 business days after shipment.

Canadian orders generally arrive within 2–5 business days.

International delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 1–2 weeks.


International Customs, VAT & Import Fees (Outside USA)

Orders shipped outside Canada and the United States may be subject to VAT, sales tax, customs duties, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs processing times vary by country and are outside of our control.


Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable in cases of address errors.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is marked as delivered but not received, contact us promptly so we can assist.

Once a shipment has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside our control, but we will assist in initiating a carrier investigation when necessary.
