Shipping & Returns
All Shockwave Parts tools are tested and designed to perform exactly as described.
If a tool does not work properly or does not fulfill its intended purpose, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will make it right, either with a full refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on the situation.
Our goal is simple: the tool must work.
If you ordered the wrong item for your suspension model, contact us. In most cases, we can arrange an exchange or provide store credit once the tool is returned in good condition.
Sacrificial components (such as driver tips) are excluded from replacement once used, as they are designed to wear.
If we ship the wrong item, we will correct the mistake at no cost to you.
Before ordering, please confirm compatibility with your suspension model. If you are unsure, contact us, we are happy to help.
If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties, VAT, or import fees in your country, the shipping cost will not be refunded. Only the cost of the tools will be eligible for refund once the items are returned to us.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local authorities. Refusing to pay them results in additional costs that are not recoverable on our end.
