Welcome to Shockwave Parts. By accessing or purchasing from our website (the “Site”), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”) and Shockwave Parts (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

2. Product Use & Responsibility

Shockwave Parts tools are engineered and tested for suspension servicing when used correctly and for their intended purpose.

By purchasing and using our products, you agree that:

  • You understand that suspension service involves mechanical risk.
  • You are responsible for verifying compatibility with your specific suspension model.
  • You will follow correct procedures and fully depressurize suspension components before servicing.
  • You assume responsibility for damage or injury resulting from misuse, incorrect installation, or improper procedures.

If you are unsure about compatibility or correct use, contact us before purchasing. We are happy to help.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in your local currency whenever available. Currency is determined automatically based on your location and may vary depending on your region.

All transactions are processed in the store’s base currency. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing or product information at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns

Our tools are designed to work as described. If a tool does not perform its intended function, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on the situation.

If the wrong tool was ordered, exchanges or store credit may be offered once the item is returned in good condition.

Sacrificial components (such as driver tips designed to wear) are excluded once used, as they are intentionally designed to absorb impact and prevent damage to more expensive parts.

If we ship the wrong item, we will correct the mistake at no cost to you.

5. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to errors in pricing, availability, suspected misuse, or other legitimate reasons.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs processing delays.

7. Intellectual Property

All product designs, CAD files, 3D models, tolerances, text, images, documentation, and digital materials are the intellectual property of Shockwave Parts.

Reproduction, reverse engineering, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Prohibited Conduct

  • Using the Site for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempting to interfere with Site functionality or security.
  • Copying or reproducing proprietary product designs or documentation.
  • Misrepresenting identity or intended product use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shockwave Parts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper use of tools, incorrect servicing procedures, or mechanical failure outside of intended use.

By using our products, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with suspension servicing.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in Quebec.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
