⚠️ Important Safety Warning

All shocks are pressurized systems. You must release both the air spring and damper pressure before any disassembly. Always clean the shaft thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol and wrap it with dry paper towel before clamping, this prevents slippage and shaft damage. Clamp only in the center of the shaft. Never near the ends, seals, or threads.

Read the full shaft clamp usage guide before use.

RockShox Combo Shaft Clamp 9 mm / 10 mm / 1/2″

 What It Does

This is the most versatile RockShox-compatible shaft clamp we offer. It’s designed for home mechanics who want one clamp that covers nearly every damper size found on RockShox and some FOX products. It includes precision grooves for:

  • 9 mm : Some Monarchs, older FOX X2 shocks (2016–2020)
  • 10 mm : Reverb droppers, Monarch Plus, and most FOX/RockShox fork dampers
  • 1/2″ (12.7 mm) : Super Deluxe, Vivid (Air & Coil), and some DHX models

With this one clamp, you can handle almost every RockShox damper shaft, including Vivid, Monarch, Reverb, and Super Deluxe. It may also work with future FOX DHX2 / Float X2 (2026+) depending on shaft specs.

 What's Included

  • 1× Combo Shaft Clamp (with grooves for 9 mm, 10 mm, and 1/2″)

 Compatibility

  •  RockShox Reverb (some models)
  •  RockShox Monarch & Monarch Plus
  •  RockShox Vivid, Coil & Air (All generations)
  •  RockShox Super Deluxe, Coil & Air (All years)
  •  Possibly FOX DHX / 2026+ DHX2 / Float X2 (TBD)

Tip: For air shocks, you’ll often need to use the 1/2″ groove once the eyelet is removed. For fork dampers and Reverbs, use the 10 mm groove. Always check diameter with calipers when unsure.

 Works With These Kits

⚠️ Reminder: Improper cleaning, oily shafts, or using the wrong clamp size will lead to slippage and clamp damage. If your shaft doesn't sit cleanly in the groove, stop and measure before proceeding.
