Fox DHX2 (2021–2025) DIY Rebuild Kit
DIY toolkits for servicing Fox DHX2 shocks from 2021 to 2025. Choose between a 50 / 200-hour service kit or a 500-hour full teardown kit, depending on whether you’re just servicing the damper or replacing all static seals.
Includes the two dynamic seals (Damper shaft/IFP)
50 / 200-Hour Service Kit (Recommended)
This is the kit most riders need. It covers routine service: oil contamination, cavitation issues, and dynamic seal replacement. If your shock is not leaking from static seals, this is the correct choice.
The main dynamic O-rings are included. This kit includes the O-ring for the damper shaft and the O-ring for the IFP. I intentionally replace the original U-cup with an O-ring. It lasts longer, installs much easier, and in real use I do not feel any performance difference.
- DHX2 2021–2025 Shaft Clamp
- IFP Puller Tool
- Graduated IFP Depth Tool
- Fox X2 Bleed Adapter
- Float X 2022+ Bleed Adapter (T8 bleed screw)
Supports both 50h and 200h service intervals.
If you want a full, OEM-style seal refresh instead, these complete seal kits are good options:
500-Hour Full Teardown Kit (Static Seal Replacement)
This kit is for full damper teardown when you have static seal leaks or want to replace everything. Do not open these parts unless necessary.
