🇺🇸 United States
Shipping status: Temporarily paused
U.S. shipping temporarily paused — August 16: We are temporarily pausing shipping to the United States as of August 16. Existing orders will still be honored.
When I went to ship my recent orders, my shipping provider suddenly quoted me around $70 CAD for shipments that normally cost around $35 CAD. I'm not sure if something has changed with U.S. shipping again, or if this is some kind of temporary issue, but I'm currently trying to figure it out.
I'm really sorry about this. You've been a great customer, and I really hope this is something I can resolve quickly. Until I understand what is happening, though, I simply can't afford to pay $70 in shipping while still charging a fair shipping price.
Hopefully I can get this sorted out soon. With direct shipping to Europe already unavailable, this is definitely not ideal for me either, and I'm going to do my best to figure out a way forward. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Import fees on delivery: Orders under £150 have consistently arrived with no VAT or import fees in our experience. While this cannot be guaranteed, orders below this value typically clear without additional charges.
🇪🇺 European Union
Shipping status: Direct shipping suspended — available through SOS Hanger
Direct EU shipping suspended: Due to new PPWR European Union requirements concerning packaging, packaging materials, and the handling of imported goods, shipping directly to EU countries is suspended while we work to ensure that our shipments are fully compliant with the new rules. Realistically, this is likely to take a little while.
These new requirements have made shipping small international orders to the EU significantly more complicated, and we do not want to continue shipping until we are confident that we can do so correctly and compliantly.
The good news is that our tools remain available in Europe. We are sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding while we work on a solution.
