RockShox Super Deluxe Air (2023+) Full DIY Rebuild Toolkit
This kit works for all 2023+ RockShox Super Deluxe Air shocks, including Select+ and Ultimate versions. It covers damper service, IFP setup, and safe reassembly using realistic home-mechanic tools.
⚠️ Safety & Pressure Warnings
WARNING: This is a pressurized air shock.
- Release air gradually from the air spring, never all at once.
- Fully depressurize both air spring and damper before disassembly.
- Do not open adjusters unless they are leaking.
- Incorrect depressurization can cause the shock to pull itself in violently.
What’s Included
Everything else can be done with basic shop tools, Allen keys, strap wrench, and a bleed syringe.

This is a twin-tube damper and can be tricky to bleed correctly.
