FOX DHX 2022+  Full DIY Rebuild Toolkit

A streamlined rebuild toolkit for the 2022 and newer FOX DHX coil shocks. This shock is a lot easier to work on than older models, but you still need the right tools, especially for setting IFP depth and safely clamping the shaft.

Do not forget to get yourself a schrader valve core tool! 

• Essential Tools (You can't release the pressure in the damper without that non-printable tool)

What’s Included

• Small Shaft Clamp (1/2") : essential for clamping the main damper shaft without damage
• IFP Depth Tool (Graduated) : for setting precise IFP depth after bleeding

Optional but Strongly Recommended

• Trunnion Shock Vise Holder / Torque Tool : especially important for trunnion-mounted shocks

Setup Tips

•  External wrench flats mean no piggyback clamp is needed
•  Bleed port is well placed, much easier to bleed than older DHX models
•  Always release IFP pressure with your air fill adapter before opening anything!
•  Use the glove method to bleed, or leave the shock inverted with the bleed port open for a few hours before closing so all the small bubbles come out.
