DVO Topaz (Gen 1 / 2) Full DIY Rebuild Toolkit

Simple, clean, and beginner-friendly, this is one of the easiest air shocks to rebuild. All three generations are supported with just a shaft clamp and a bleed fitting. Gen 3 uses a 12.7mm shaft clamp so it will not work for the newer 2023+ Topaz shocks.

 Fit Notes

• Gen 1 & 2 → 10mm shaft : use the 10mm clamp
• Gen 3 / Pro / Prime → 12.7mm shaft : use the 12.7mm clamp so 1/2 inch is the same
• All generations use the same Reverb-style barb fitting for bleeding

• Always depressurize the air spring and damper before servicing
• Clean the shaft with isopropyl alcohol before clamping, and use a paper wrap to prevent slippage
• Clamp in the middle of the shaft only, never near the eyelet or sealhead
