Cane Creek DB CS Air 3-Pin Sealhead Socket

Custom-designed to open the DB CS Air sealhead safely, with perfect pin alignment and fitment.

What It Does

This tool removes the 3-hole sealhead cap on the Cane Creek Double Barrel CS Air shock. It’s required for a full damper rebuild or for safely opening the shaft assembly.

This is not a universal 3-pin socket. The DB CS Air uses a larger bolt circle and thicker wall than Inline Air models, so this socket is shock-specific.

Fit Notes
  • Only fits Cane Creek DB CS Air, not compatible with Kitsuma, DB Inline, or Coil versions
  • 3 stainless steel pins pressed into a reinforced plastic body for durability
  • Always engage the non-threaded holes; never torque against threaded ports
  • Use a 32 mm wrench or adjustable wrench
Pro Tip

If you already own a Park Tool SPA-2 pin spanner, you can open the sealhead, but this socket is faster, safer, and eliminates the risk of slipping or uneven loading.
