8 mm Horizontal Wide Shaft Clamp
Custom-profile shaft clamp designed to hold an 8 mm air-shock shaft horizontally in a bench vise without contacting the shock body. This is the only safe way to clamp an 8 mm shaft when removing the eyelet and proceeding with a rebuild.
What this tool does
Securely clamps an 8 mm damper shaft in a very narrow working space, allowing the eyelet to be safely removed without loading or crushing the shock body.
Essential for air shocks where vertical clamping is impossible or unsafe.
