Coil Shock SAG Clips - Clip-on Markers for Accurate Coil Sag Measurement

Clip these onto your coil shock shaft to temporarily act as a sag ring for accurate sag measurement. Available in all common shaft diameters.

⚠️ Important Warning

These clips are only for temporary sag measurement. Do not ride with them installedm, they may damage your damper shaft.

How to Use
  • Snap the correct size clip onto the shock shaft (between the coils) at full extension.
  • Sit on the bike to compress the suspension and measure sag using the Rear Shock SAG Tool, Finger Caliper, or visually.
  • Remove the clip carefully after measuring. Do not leave it installed while riding.

We offer all common coil shock shaft sizes:

  • 8 mm: Some older Cane Creek DB IL & Öhlins
  • 9 mm: Fox DHX2 (2016–2020)
  • 9.5 mm / 3/8": Cane Creek Kitsuma, newer CS, Fox DHX2 (2021–2025)
  • 10 mm: Öhlins TTXm.1 / TTX2
  • 12 mm: Some EXT V3, Fast Fenix
  • 12.7 mm / 1/2": Fox DHX (New DHX2 2026+), RockShox Vivid/Super Deluxe, Bomber CR
  • 13 mm: Formula MOD
  • 14 mm: EXT V4, DVO Jade/Jade X, MRP Hazzard
  • 15.9 mm / 5/8": Old Fox DHX RC4 (~2013)
Fit & Removal Warnings
  • These clips are 10 mm thick, ensure your spring has enough coil spacing.
  • Do not use on tunnel-style frames (Rocky Mountain Altitude, Santa Cruz, Forbidden, etc.). You may not be able to remove the clip without removing the shock.
