ImpactCore Crank Shield (STL) | Indestructible Crank Protection
The ImpactCore Crank Shield gives your cranks real impact protection, tested by our team rider at the 2025 DH US Open and designed by a physics-engineering student and downhill rider. This STL version lets you print your own from the same geometry as the original.
About the Design
Printed in thick 4 mm TPU 95A, the Shield flexes and absorbs impacts. The reinforced tip diffuses energy inside the protector. Includes six STL files with different shapes (tapered, round, straight, hole placements) for a perfect fit on nearly any crank.

- 4 walls, 100% infill, organic supports
