Custom Mud Guard with Name + Flag
Add a personal touch to your mud guard. Whether itβs your name, a nickname, race number, or short message, we can emboss it directly into the mudguard during printing, no stickers or paint. You can also add a Canadian flag alongside the text.
They are weaker than PVC mudguards, if you fall a lot, maybe it's not a good idea for you. Me and my friend ride these since june in Quebec city with no issues.
Shaping the Mudguard (Important)
These mudguards have built-in flex/bend zones (the lines you can see on the surface). To get that square, sharp look (or to match the exact rear triangle cross-bar of your bike).
β οΈ Do not try to bend it cold. It can crack if forced without heat. Warm it on the lines first with aΒ heat gun or even a lighter (very carefully) until the plastic becomes slightly flexible. Then bend it along the lines. You don't have to heat it up a lot, just a couple passes with a lighter and it's good to bend, You will feel it's bending easily.
- You can also heat and shape the rear triangle arch if your bike has a very narrow space between the tire and the linkage/cross-bar.Β Check clearance first, if thereβs at least 1 cm of space around the tire and frame, youβre good. Once cooled, the shape will hold strong but will be slightly weaker if you bend it too much because it can't flex on impact (like in the picture).

All text is raised directly into the surface of the part using CAD. It wonβt peel or fade. The guard itself is 3D printed in black and uses the same squared flex zone design as our standard model. Bottom side has minor texture from the print bed.
Low-Cost Shipping
Just like our standard guards, this can be shipped via letter mail for around $6 in Canada if you only order mudguards (up to 4 per envelope). Adding other items switches to standard shipping rates.
