Custom Mud Guard with Name + Flag
Add a personal touch to your mud guard. Whether it’s your name, nickname, race number, or a short message, we emboss it directly into the mudguard during printing, no stickers, no paint. You can also add a Canadian flag next to the text.
They are weaker than PVC mudguards. If you crash a lot, this may not be ideal, but me and my friend have ridden these since June in Québec City with no issues.
Shaping the Mudguard (Important)
These mudguards have built-in flex/bend zones. To get the squared, sharp look or to match the curve of your rear triangle cross-bar:
⚠️ Do not bend it cold. It can crack if forced. Warm the bend lines with a heat gun or quickly with a lighter until the plastic softens slightly — it only takes a couple passes.
Once flexible, bend along the lines. You can also heat/shape the rear triangle arch if your frame has narrow clearance. If there’s at least 1 cm of space around the tire and frame, you’re good.
After shaping, the guard holds its form, though it becomes slightly weaker since it can’t flex as well on impact.

Just type your desired text in the “Order Notes” at checkout. We’ll confirm if anything is unclear before printing.
Technical Details
All text is raised directly into the part via CAD (no paint, no stickers). 3D printed in black, with squared flex zones. The underside has light texture from the print bed.
