The Modern Guard (Front & Rear)
Most mudguards are glossy, rounded, and look out of place on high-end bikes. These 3D-printed mudguards use angled flex zones that give them a squared, modern profile that looks clean and intentional, not like a cheap add-on.
Shaping the Mudguard (Important)
These guards have built-in flex/bend zones. To get the squared look or match your frame:
⚠️ Do not bend it cold. It can crack. Warm the lines with a heat gun or quick lighter passes until slightly flexible, then bend along the lines. You’ll feel when it bends easily — it doesn’t need much heat.
You can also heat/shape the rear triangle arch for narrow frames. If there’s at least 1 cm clearance around the tire and frame, you’re good.
Once shaped, it holds the form but becomes slightly weaker since it can no longer flex normally on impact.
Key Features
Front or rear available. Rear comes in two shapes.
Squared lines & angled flex zones for a clean, modern look.
Raised text & logos, not stickered. Underside has print-texture.
Mounting Instructions
Front: Use long, strong 250 mm zip ties. Tighten firmly to prevent movement.
Rear: Three zip ties per side. No cross-brace holes, this allows the guard to flex under impact rather than crack.
Rear Mudguard Variants (HighFit vs LowFit)
Choose based on what you value most:
- HighFit: Sleeker top line, cleaner look, slightly more exposed and easier to break, but looks great and keeps the seatpost cleaner.
- LowFit: Lower top profile, better mud protection in the rear triangle, and less exposed during crashes.
Both work extremely well, it’s mostly about look vs maximum protection.
Usage & Durability
These guards have survived heavy riding, a few crashes, and daily use for months.
Only one break ever reported, an OTB crash in a rock garden that also snapped a real Fox 38 factory mudguard. That crash inspired the LowFit variant, which sits lower and is less exposed.
Our guards are actually more flexible than Fox’s PVC ones, making them less likely to break in normal crashes. But of course, if forced backwards violently, any mudguard can snap, even a $60 PVC one.
Color & Finish
Available in black only, for now.
If enough riders want color options, we might add them in the future.
