Ultimate Clamp Set Large | Big Damper Bodies & Oversized Assemblies
The dedicated clamp set for large-diameter damper bodies. Ideal for RockShox Charger, Fox GRIP, and other oversized assemblies up to 30 mm.
If you service bigger dampers, this is the one. Secure grip for bleeding, disassembly, and rebuilds without damaging delicate parts.
⚠️ Important Warning
Never clamp directly on a damper body or shaft without the proper tool.
Always clean with isopropyl alcohol before clamping.
Size note: this clamp is made of plastic and is intentionally designed to work between sizes. Like a 25.5 mm clamp, covering both 25 mm and 26 mm diameters.
• For 25 mm: wrap 3-4 layers of paper or paper towel around the damper body to increase grip.
• For 26 mm: use no wrapping or a single thin layer and let the clamp conform to the surface.
Do not overtighten. The material compliance is intentional and provides secure holding without damaging parts.
