Tubeless Sealant Funnel
Adding tubeless sealant should not be a sticky, frustrating job. Syringes drip, hoses pop off, and sealant ends up everywhere except inside the tire. The Tubeless Sealant Funnel screws directly onto your valve so you can pour sealant cleanly, quickly, and without fighting leaks or spills.
The problem it fixes
- Messy syringes: sealant dripping out of hoses and plungers.
- Sticky hands: sealant on fingers, rims, floor, and tools.
- Unstable filling: bottles tipping over mid-pour.
How it actually works
Remove the valve core, screw the funnel directly onto your Presta valve, and pour. The funnel threads seal fully, so once it stops turning, nothing leaks through the threads. The wide opening lets sealant flow and cleanly straight into the tire.
When you are done, wait a moment for the last drops to drain, remove the funnel, reinstall the valve core, and rinse. No syringes, no hoses, no mess.
Threads
The plastic threads are designed to seal, not just locate. They conform to the valve body and create a leak-free interface without over-tightening. Once the funnel stops turning, it is sealed. No drips, no seepage, no need to hold pressure while pouring.
Fast, stable, and predictable
- Large bore: sealant flows quickly.
- Stable rim: top edge supports the sealant bottle so it does not tip forward.
- Hands-free pouring: no need to hold hoses or plungers in place.
- Consistent fills: easier to hit your target volume every time.
Compatibility
- Presta valves: standard on almost all modern bikes.
- Two sizes available: 35 ml (small) and 75 ml (XL).
- Fillmore option: in development.
Cleanup
Rinse with water and you are done. No plungers to clean, no hoses to flush, no dried sealant trapped inside narrow passages.
Why it earns a permanent spot in the toolbox
It replaces syringes entirely.
Warning
Do not overtighten. Screw the funnel in gently until it seats at the bottom, then stop. The threads are designed to seal without force. Over-tightening is unnecessary and may damage the funnel.
