This 3D-printed multi-tool combines the 2 most common FOX fork tools into one compact, trail-ready wrench. Perfect for both workshop use and quick adjustments on the trail.
One Tool - Two Functions
- Top Air Cap Removal: Works with FOX 38 and FOX 40 forks. Also works on older FOX 36 or non-SL. Snug fit for easy removal without damage. It also works on all newer 2024+ rockshox lyrik, zeb and boxxer forks with 4 sides on the air cap.
- Rebound Cap Removal: Middle spanner removes even seized rebound caps with zero play for maximum control for Fox.
Compatibility Notes
- Works on FOX 38 / 40, older FOX 36 (non-SL), and the new FOX 36 with standard chamferless caps.
- Not compatible with the FOX 36 Superlight (SL) which uses a cassette tool.
- Compatible with all new RockShox air caps that use a 4-sided design (Lyrik, ZEB, Boxxer).
- If your top cap has never been opened and may be Loctited from the factory, break it loose first using a proper metal tool.
How to Use
- Seat the wrench fully on the cap, it should feel snug with almost zero play.
- Press down firmly so the tool stays centered while you rotate it.
- Grip the tool with two fingers on two handles to prevent twisting or slipping.
