Configurations & Mount Types
Standard Eyelet (M10)
- Works with regular eyelet shocks
- Best for most riders
Trunnion
- For trunnion frames only
- Dual M10 mount
Standard + Trunnion Adapters
- Swap between shock types
- Fine for occasional use
Adjustable range: 165–250 mm eye-to-eye (up to ~266 mm). One rotation of the screw = +10 mm.
3D Printing Settings
- Material: PETG recommended (Nylon for heavy use)
- Infill: 50% minimum
- Walls: 4–5 walls
- Layer height: 0.20 mm
- Supports: None required
- Brims: 10 mm around cylinders (critical for strength)
Strong polymer construction requires proper wall density. Skimping on infill or walls will fail under frame load.
