RockShox Rush RC + 200h Air Shaft Rebuild Toolkit
Complete clamp + seal press kit for rebuilding both the Rush RC damper and the air shaft on BASE-model ZEB, Lyrik, and Pike forks (2023+).
You can identify a Rush RC damper by its 24mm top cap, not a cassette tool like Charger RC. This kit lets you hold the damper safely and replace the seals properly.
What’s Included
- 25mm Damper Body Clamp – fits the Rush RC round damper body
- Dust Wiper Seal Press Tool – choose your fork size at checkout
Use the clamp with soft jaws in a vise. The press tool ensures dust wipers install straight without damage.

- Rush RC = opens with a 24mm socket

Service Notes & Manuals
Damper Service:
- Follow the SRAM manual from page 164 onward
- Rush RC uses a simple open-and-fill design
- Remove old grease fully
- Go light on new grease (Slickoleum or SRAM Butter)
- Check travel configuration before reassembly
- 24mm socket or 10" Knipex Pliers
- Dust Wiper Finder
