RockShox Motion Control + Air Shaft Rebuild Tool Kit
Complete tool kit for servicing both the Motion Control damper and the air shaft in RockShox base model forks. If your fork says βSelectβ or higher, this is not for you. This kit is for Motion Control open-bath dampers: Pike, Yari, Revelation, Judy, Recon, 35 Gold/Silver, etc.

- Motion Control Mid-Valve Clamp (9/16" / 14.3 mm)
- 10 mm Shaft Clamp for air shaft work
- Dust Wiper Press (select size when ordering)
Why Motion Control Is Different
The Motion Control damper is an open bath: no IFP, no bleed process, but very fragile internals and extremely precise oil volumes.
Air Shaft Rebuild Details
- Works for DebonAir and DebonAir+ air shafts
- Use the 10 mm clamp to hold the shaft when removing the foot nut or bumpers
- Apply very light Slickoleum/SRAM Butter, overgreasing causes suction issues

Tips for Air Shaft Service
- Clean all shafts with isopropyl before clamping
- Remove old grease fully before applying new
- Use minimal grease, too much causes performance issues

- 24 mm socket for damper top cap
- Circlip pliers
- Slickoleum or SRAM Butter
- Suspension-specific oil (per manual)
