Downhill Number Plate for Dual Crown Forks
This 3D-printed number plate is designed specifically for the front of downhill bikes with dual crown forks. Featuring sharp square edges and a modern, aggressive look, it wraps around the sides of the stanchions for a seamless, custom fit. The design is inspired by high-end number plates, offering both style and functionality at a more affordable price. This number plate provides a sleek, integrated solution for your downhill fork.
Note: These plates offer excellent protection but can break in the event of a direct impact. Tested under extreme conditions by DH riders, they hold up well during heavy trail use. However, like any plastic part, a hard fall could cause them to break.
Mounting Instructions (Important)
These number plates are easily mounted with tie wraps (at least 250 mm long). Make sure they are tightly secured to prevent any movement during riding.
⚠️ Do not over-tighten the tie wraps to avoid scratching the fork or damaging the plate.

Shifter & Brake Line Routing
For extra stability, you can route your shifter and rear brake lines inside the number plate rather than over it. This will keep the lines in place, reduce rattling, and prevent them from moving around.
