2-in-1 FOX Suspension Wrench
This 3D-printed multi-tool combines the two most useful FOX fork service tools into one compact, trail-ready wrench. Perfect for quick suspension work and volume spacer changes on the go.
Two Functions - One Tool
- Top Air Cap Removal: Works with FOX 38 and FOX 40 forks. Also works on older FOX 36 (non-Superlight). Snug fit for easy removal without damage.
- 32 mm Chamferless Socket: For removing the top air assembly to change volume spacers quickly, even on the trail.
Compatibility Notes
- Will NOT work on the new FOX 36 Superlight (uses a cassette tool) or on FOX 34/32 forks (require a 26 mm chamferless socket).
- For first-time removal of seized parts, use a metal tool like this one. Press firmly, hold two of the three handles, and turn slowly to prevent slipping and damaging the socket.
- FOX often applies blue Loctite from the factory. Break it loose first with a stronger tool before switching to this 3D-printed wrench for regular use.
Fit & Precision
- 32 mm socket: Tight, secure fit, can hold by friction alone.
- Top air cap: Slightly looser fit for smoother operation, as it’s never torqued heavily.
Trail-Ready Design
Lightweight, compact, and pocket-friendly. Perfect for quick volume spacer changes or small suspension adjustments on the go. Made from strong, high-quality plastic for long-term use once the factory torque has been broken.

Need a backup?
Want a second wrench just in case you ignore the warning and try to crack the factory torque with it? 😉 Grab a pair and be ready for anything.

Disclaimer
This is a plastic tool. If your top cap is over-torqued or extremely tight, it can break – and it will almost certainly break if it’s the first time you’re removing it. Always use a proper metal tool for the first removal, or ask someone who has one. This wrench is designed as an on-the-go tool for trail use and works perfectly after the initial removal. We aim to be as transparent as possible, use it as intended and it will last a very long time.
