I spent over 30 hours designing and refining this fender to fit Fox lowers perfectly. It uses two interlocking parts connected with small clips, staying silent even on rough trails. After 4 months of riding across 3 prototypes, this version is rock-solid and looks OEM.

You can glue the clips with a small drop of super glue for permanent strength. Printed best in PETG for everyday use, Nylon is an even stronger option if you’re up for the challenge.
