The only clamp kit youβll need for servicing DVO suspension. Covers every shaft and damper body size used across the entire DVO lineup, from OTT coil systems to the latest 38 damper assemblies.
DVO sell their own service tools at a premium, but this kit gives you all the critical clamp sizes in one affordable package.
β οΈ Warning: Never clamp directly on a shaft or damper body without the proper tool. Always clean with isopropyl alcohol and wrap in paper towel (1 layer) to reduce required clamping force.

What It Does
- Safely clamps all DVO damper bodies and shafts for rebuilds
- Works with OTT system forks (Diamond, Sapphire, etc.) using 25Β mm and 30Β mm clamps
- Covers the new DVO Onyx 38 with 26Β mm and 29Β mm damper assemblies
- Allows full disassembly, bleeding, and sealhead or piston service without damage

Compatibility Notes

- Universal coverage means you wonβt need to buy extra DVO-specific clamps later
Tech Notes:
- DVO OTT springs require care when reinstalling, grease the spring and apply blue Loctite on the sealhead
- The Onyx 38 uses a cassette tool for the top cap but relies on 26 and 29Β mm clamps for damper service
- Wrapping in paper towel improves grip and reduces clamp force required
