Digital STL | The Modern Guard

• Front (Universal): Clean, squared look with integrated flex lines.
• Rear – HighFit: Taller profile, cleaner look, slightly more impact-exposed.
• Rear – LowFit: Lower profile, maximum protection for linkage + rear triangle.

Both rear versions work great, pick HighFit for the cleanest silhouette, or LowFit for tougher coverage.

This is a digital download. You are purchasing the STL files to print these guards yourself. No physical product is shipped.

• The visible lines are flex/bend zones. Heat here to create crisp bends or match your frame.
• Do not bend cold. Use a HEATGUN or carefully use a lighter until flexible, then bend along the lines.
• You can heat-shape the rear triangle arch if clearance is tight. Maintain at least 10 mm clearance.
• Once cooled, the shape holds. Avoid over-bending to keep impact flex.

Safety: Heat in a ventilated area, keep flame off the surface, avoid overheating one spot.

• Nozzle: 0.4 mm (best finish), 0.6 mm works for speed
• Layer height: 0.20–0.28 mm (0.20 mm for clean lines)
• Walls: 3–4
• Top/Bottom: 4–5
• Infill: 15–20% (gyroid or grid)
• Supports: None, print flat on the bed
• Bed adhesion: Clean bed; brim optional
• Material: PETG (balanced) or Nylon (toughest, needs dry filament)

Notes: PETG works all summer but can crack from extreme hits. Nylon is stronger, dry fully before printing.
