3D Printing Settings
- Material: PETG recommended (Nylon for heavy use)
- Nozzle: 0.4 mm (0.6 mm also works)
- Layer Height: 0.20 mm (0.3 mm for 0.6 nozzle)
- Walls: 5 walls (4 for 0.6 nozzle)
- Infill: 60% (40% with 0.6 nozzle)
- Supports: None required
Trunnion threads: Printed threads intentionally have light engagement. They only need to catch the bolts, they will not pull out during normal maintenance.
