A precision clamp designed to hold 35 mm diameter stanchions securely in a bench vise. Especially useful for double-crown forks like older Boxxer models where the stanchions rotate freely once removed from the bike.

- Clamps directly onto 35 mm stanchion tubes
- Holds the fork stanchion securely while loosening compression assemblies
- Essential for servicing older dual-crown forks (Boxxer 2011β2023)
- Prevents stanchion rotation when applying torque
Compatibility Notes
- RockShox Boxxer 2011β2023 (35 mm stanchions)
- Does NOT fit 2024+ Boxxer: those use 38 mm stanchions
- Also works with other 35 mm stanchion forks (e.g. older Marzocchi 888)
Extra Tip for Best Grip
If the stanchion is oily, dusty, or greasy, the clamp will slip. Clean with isopropyl alcohol, wrap once with printer paper or paper towel, then add a tiny dab of alcohol on top. It dramatically increases grip, youβll be surprised how well it locks in.
