Double-Sided 32 mm Chamferless Wrench | Zero-Play Precision
This isnβt just another printed wrench. Made from an extremely hard and expensive, heat-resistant polymer with near-aluminum 6061 strength, this tool is built to remove the 32 mm chamferless top air assembly on FOX forks. Each end holds a perfectly machined-fit socket, so you get four fresh gripping faces in one lightweight, trail-ready wrench.
What Makes It Different
- Perfect fit: Standard 32 mm sockets overshoot the FOX top cap size, leaving 0.2β0.4 mm of play that can round out your cap. Ours is matched to within 0.01 mm: no wobble at all.
- Ultra-strong material: Wonβt soften even at 100Β Β°C, nearly as tough as 6061 aluminum, and gives a metal-like bite on the cap.
- Four tries in one tool: Two sockets per end, flip and rotate for four fresh grip surfaces if one gets damaged over time.
Compatibility Notes
- Perfect for FOX 38, FOX 40, and FOX 36 (2016+ non-Superlight).
- Not compatible with FOX 36 Superlight (cassette tool required) or FOX 34/32 forks (26 mm chamferless required).
- Weβve tested extensively on 2021+ FOX and 2016-era 36/38/40. Older forks may vary.
How to Use
- Seat the wrench fully: the zero-play fit means it will βlock onβ to the cap.
- Press down firmly, grip two points, and turn smoothly to break the torque.
- Once loose, keep it handy for quick volume spacer swaps and trail-side adjustments.
Trail-Ready Design
Lightweight, compact, and stronger than any wrench youβve tried before. The precise fit eliminates slip risk and makes it a safe option for your FOX top caps.

Disclaimer
This is a precision plastic tool. Itβs built to outperform sloppy-fitting metal sockets and survive repeated use, but if your cap is glued in with excessive Loctite, a full-steel wrench is still the safest bet. Used correctly, you wonβt damage your top cap, the zero-play fit is tighter than even FOXβs own tool that is 0.2mm off.
