30mm Shaft Clamp β DVO Air Spring Cartridge
Used to safely hold DVO air spring cartridges for forks with internal OTT springs (Diamond, Beryl, Sapphire, etc.). Required to perform the 200-hour air shaft rebuild on these forks.
Fits Air Cartridge Bodies On:
- DVO Diamond (Air, with OTT)
- DVO Sapphire
- DVO Beryl
- Other forks with OTT-based air spring assemblies
β οΈ Not compatible with: DVO Onyx 38 SL (newer air spring without OTT, uses a 10mm shaft clamp)
How to Clamp Big Diameter Shafts (Read First)
Usage Notes:
- Always clamp near the top cap of the cartridge as shown in DVO service guides
- Do not clamp anywhere near the middle or bottom, this will crush the internal shaft or deform the cartridge
- This clamp is specifically designed for DVOβs Air Cartdriges with minimal tolerance
