30mm Shaft Clamp – DVO Air Spring Cartridge

Used to safely hold DVO air spring cartridges for forks with internal OTT springs (Diamond, Beryl, Sapphire, etc.). Required for the 200-hour air shaft rebuild on these forks.

Fits Air Cartridge Bodies On
  • DVO Diamond (Air, with OTT)
  • DVO Sapphire
  • DVO Beryl
  • Other forks with OTT-based air spring assemblies

Not compatible: DVO Onyx 38 SL (newer air spring without OTT, uses a 10 mm shaft clamp)

How to Clamp Big Diameter Shafts (Read First)
Usage Notes
  • Always clamp near the top cap of the air cartridge (per DVO service guides)
  • Do not clamp the mid-section, this can crush the internal shaft or deform the body
  • Designed specifically for DVO air cartridges with tight tolerances
