 Quick Answers

• Q: Can I use your tools in a bike shop?
  A: Our tools are designed for home mechanics only. They're made from advanced plastics and toleranced tightly, but not for heavy-duty daily shop use. If you're working full-time in a shop, we recommend buying the real metal tools, we sell some of them too.
• Q: My part broke, can I get a refund?
  A: If your tool broke due to misuse, overtightening, or use in a commercial setting, we can’t offer a refund. However, reach out to us, we’re always happy to help or offer replacement parts where possible.
• Q: Where do I find torque specs?
  A: Check out our Torque Calculator page for help using a luggage scale or torque wrench safely.
