U.S. shipping is back

In the past, U.S. orders were sometimes hit with unexpected customs charges and delays, even with proper documentation. To fix this, we reworked our shipping setup so that all customs handling is managed upfront.

U.S. orders now ship using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) approach. That means no surprise fees and no payment required on delivery.

All import duties, customs fees, and handling charges are included in the shipping price.

If U.S. customs or the carrier requests any payment at the border, we cover it. You will not be charged anything on delivery.

U.S. orders ship via ground shipping from Canada.

A $75 minimum order applies to all U.S. shipments. This helps cover cross-border handling, customs processing, and tool-related fees.

For shipping purposes, U.S. destinations are grouped as follows:

USA East (states close to Québec & Ontario):
ME, NH, VT, MA, CT, RI, NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, VA, WV, OH, MI, IN, IL, KY

USA West (central & western states):
WI, MN, IA, MO, ND, SD, NE, KS, CO, WY, MT, ID, UT, AZ, NM, NV, CA, OR, WA, TX

All U.S. shipments use flat-rate ground shipping with duties and fees included.
